Souvlaki GR Franchise Planning & Liquor Licensing

Integrated planning and liquor licensing approvals delivered across multiple Souvlaki GR franchise locations, including land use, car parking waivers, signage and liquor licensing coordination through a single, streamlined regulatory process.

Multi-Site Approvals for a Growing Brand

OTL Consulting Group was engaged to coordinate and manage planning and liquor licensing approvals across multiple Souvlaki GR franchise locations. The role required a consistent approval strategy that could be applied across different sites while responding to varying planning controls and operational constraints.

Integrated Planning and Liquor Licensing

The project included land use planning approvals for each venue, incorporating car parking waivers, signage approvals, and liquor licensing. OTL also managed liquor licence applications and approvals through the Victorian Liquor Commission, ensuring alignment between planning permissions and licensed operations.

Consultant Coordination and Delivery

The approvals process involved close coordination with multiple sub-consultants, including building surveyors, traffic engineers, draftspeople, acoustic engineers and other specialists. OTL acted as the central point of contact, streamlining consultant inputs and delivering compliant, commercially practical outcomes across all franchise locations.
