Liquor Licensing for a Landmark Development

OTL Consulting Group was engaged to establish and manage the liquor licensing framework for CORA Village, a $250 million development set to become a new sporting and lifestyle icon along Victoria’s Surf Coast. The project required early-stage licensing strategy aligned with the scale, staging, and long-term operation of the precinct.

End-to-End Regulatory Management

Our role included preparing and managing the liquor licence application process through the Victorian Liquor Commission, ensuring the proposed supply of liquor was appropriately structured, compliant, and fit-for-purpose for a major destination venue operating across multiple event and hospitality contexts.

Operational Readiness and Compliance

In addition to statutory approvals, the project involved preparation of venue management plans and staff training frameworks to support safe, responsible service of alcohol. The outcome delivered a robust licensing foundation capable of supporting large-scale events, daily operations, and the future growth of one of Victoria’s most significant new regional developments.
