OTL Consulting Group was engaged to assist with a proposed dwelling development at Ellerslie Court, Bacchus Marsh, with an approximate development value of $1.5 million. The site was affected by environmental planning controls and generated significant planning complexity during Council’s assessment process.

Neighbourhood Character and Objection Management

Following initial challenges raised by Council, OTL prepared a detailed neighbourhood character assessment to address concerns regarding built form, scale and landscape response. The project also involved management of objections, negotiation with Council officers, and refinement of the proposal to respond to policy and decision-guideline considerations.
